Additional Charges
All charges are included. Only in the winter season the effective cost for heating will be charged. |
After signature of contract 50% of the total costs are to be payed.
The remaining 50% have to be payed 6 weeks before begin of holidays.
The lease starts on Saturdays at 3 pm and ends on Saturday at 10 am. Please consult the General Conditions of Contract which is an integrated part of the lease contract.
Bedclothing and towels are not included.
Considering all our customers please note:
Smokers are welcome to smoke outside the houses.
Pets are allowed and welcommed only after consulting with us.
